Merhaba Erkan, I am now back in Germany and finally find the time to send you an email.
I just wanted to say - also on behalf of my friends - that our Gulet tour was perfect. We had a great time and loved the boat, the tour and especially the crew. Mert, Ekrem, Ramazan and Baki were a great team and they were great hosts! The food, as I expected and hoped, was great. So, really we have nothing to complain (okay, we ran out of beer and red wine, but the crew filled it up quickly)
My friends, most of them have been in Turkey for the first time in their life, were so positivly surprised by the nature, the food, the weather, the coast/water and of course the friendlyness and hospitality of the Turkish people. Some of them considered to charter a Gulet with their families in the future. So we hope that things in Turkey "will get back to normal" quickly and the people can live peacefully together. We would love to come back one day.
Attached two pictures with the request to forward it to Mert, Ekrem, Ramazan and Baki. They really did a great job and without the crew, our trip would not have been as great as it was.

Le capitaine et l'équipage étaient des paradigmes de service exceptionnel. Le chef a créé des repas incroyablement savoureux, chacun étant un événement unique et spécial. Nous avons fait plusieurs randonnées sur différentes îles et un membre de l'équipage nous a montré une flore intéressante et de beaux sites. Ils étaient très professionnels et polis, faisant tellement pour nous garder tous très bien soignés, et le faisant de telle manière que nous semblions seuls - jusqu'à ce que nous ayons besoin de quelque chose. Ensuite, ils étaient là immédiatement, souvent même avant que nous demandions quelque chose.
Ils nous ont amenés sur les rivages les plus privés, incitant les dauphins à proximité à suivre et à jouer avec le bateau pendant un moment. Ils ont gardé le bateau propre et confortable, afin que nous puissions nous asseoir n'importe où tout en regardant la lumière danser sur les eaux indigo. Capitaine, équipage, décors et temps fantastiques! Je ne pourrais pas recommander plus fortement un voyage avec cette équipe.

Je le recommanderais à tous ceux qui envisagent de faire une croisière en goélette.
Ces vacances ont été les meilleures jusqu'à présent. La goélette était incroyable, je ne pouvais pas croire la taille de ce magnifique bateau. C'était propre, les chambres bien équipées et chaque chambre avait une superbe salle de bains, c'était dommage que nous n'ayons pas tous utilisé les chambres pour dormir car nous dormions tous sur le pont, c'était comme si nous étions en vacances avec les Waltons !! et l'équipage était vraiment sympathique, nous nous sentions tous comme une grande famille. La goélette avait de superbes installations, un bateau banane, un canoë, du matériel de plongée avec tuba, des hamacs, un hors-bord pour le ski nautique. Chaque jour, c'était encore mieux que le précédent. Nous avons organisé nous-mêmes les animations du soir en dansant toute la nuit sur nos CD, en dansant dans les limbes et en riant généralement avec mes nouveaux amis. Je n'oublierai jamais ces vacances et si jamais vous en avez l'occasion, je le recommanderais à tous ceux qui envisagent de faire une croisière en goélette.

We as a group of 22 persons chartered Oguzbey for a week cruise from Bodrum to Marmaris with stops on the Greek Islands Symi & Rhodes. The whole group was very happy and ebnjoyed the excellent quality of life on board of Oguz Bey. Comfort, Food & Beverage were excellent. The crew very friendly and helpful.
A special compliment goes to Mr. Erkan Ari - sales manager at guletyacht - for all his fabulous assistance during months in preparing our cruise in all aspects.
A special was our decision to book an all inclusive pension. If beverages (soft drinks and alcoholics) would not have been included we would have had a terrible fuss in accounting at the end of the cruise. I can only recommend guletyacht - they did a good job.

Dear Ali, Donal O’Dwyer here from Sydney. We had the true pleasure of chartering your beautiful gullet from Bodrum to Gocek for a week on the last week in September.
It was a family get together and it was for us all the trip of a lifetime.
Prior to arriving I have to say that the folks I worked through to book the gulet were very good and professional.
Then to start the trip, the time of year was perfect – beautiful temperature and, as it was nearing the end of the season, it was relatively quiet.
Secondly, the region we travelled in was truly magnificient – with the turquoise waters, the fabulous coastal scenery including so many secluded bays it was sheer perfection.
And now to the gullet and crew.- Esma Sultan is magnificient – it is spacious and beautifully built and laid out. Although we were a large family group it was just as easy to escape and be on your own or mix with the other family members as you wished – there were so many places on the boat to accommodate us. It was an absolute joy.
Finally, you had a magnificent crew – all of them. The Captain (Usay) was so great – he wanted to do all he could to ensure we had the holiday we wished for – he discussed the itinerary frequently and always was of the view that it was what we wanted that mattered. We had a small medical emergency – which thankfully proved to be a false alarm – but the Usay made sure he was with us at all times – waited at the medical centre with us until everything was solved and was invaluable with his knowledge and language at the hospital.
The chef was outstanding sh is a truly lovely person – again great variety and excellent quality of food. Everyone raved about the food!
The [erson that mainly took care of our day to day needs such as serving drinks etc was Tah Tah - he is such a good and nice young man - a great sense of fun - he was magnificent.
The other staff were always attentive and excellent – they were always there when needed but not intrusive at other times.
Ali, we had the holiday of a lifetime – enormously due to being on your beautiful gullet with an exceptional crew and great human beings.

Merci beaucoup pour cette expérience inoubliable. Un voyage merveilleux avec un personnel amical et obligeant. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux et nous nous sommes sentis comme des membres de la famille par Sulhi et les garçons. La nourriture était excellente et le chef et le personnel ont fait un travail formidable pour nous chouchouter. Beaucoup de place sur le bateau.
Nous recommanderons vos services à nos amis et parlons déjà de revenir pour une croisière plus longue. Le bateau lui-même était fantastique...
La nourriture était délicieuse, l'équipage était compétent et charmant, le bateau en lui-même était fantastique. Nous avons apprécié presque tous les arrêts de notre itinéraire, équilibrant histoire et culture avec une touche locale. L'équipage a été fabuleux pour s'adapter à notre désir d'un mélange de détente, de sport et d'excitation. Apprécié les changements de linge et les changements d'uniforme de l'équipage ainsi que la cuisine et la musique locales. Nous reviendrons entre amis et famille.
